  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 1/2 c. (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. lasagne noodles

    Brown beef and drain off excess fat.

    Add sauce and water; simmer about 10 minutes.

    Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles, for filling.

    Pour about one cup of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
