- 9 lasagne noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 3 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Boil the noodles as directed on package.

2Brown ground beef and onion; drain fat.

3Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and salt. Simmer while noodles cook.

4In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan over top layer.

5Bake 30 to 45 minutes in a 350° oven. Let sit 15 minutes before cutting.
