- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 16 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
- 12 lasagne noodles
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Brown meat and drain fat.

2Add salt, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and tomatoes.

3Simmer, uncovered.

4Boil noodles 10 minutes and rinse in cold water.

5Drain.

6Alternate layers of meat mixture, noodles and cottage cheese.

7Top with sauce and Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

8Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes until cheese is golden.
