- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/3 c. water
- pinch of oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cut thin
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and onions in a large skillet; drain well.

2Add garlic salt, oregano, pepper, tomatoes, tomato paste and water. Simmer 30 minutes.

3Layer half the noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella, Velveeta and Parmesan cheeses.

4Repeat the layers with the remaining half.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
