  • 2 loaves coarse grain whole wheat bread (2 or 3 days old), diced or cubed
  • oil
  • 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 4 cans chicken broth
  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
