- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 small cans tomato paste plus 1 can water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 box lasagne noodles
- 1 small container cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Add onion and saute.

3Add garlic, tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, rosemary and Worcestershire sauce.

4Simmer 30 minutes.

5Cook noodles; drain and rinse.

6Mix cottage cheese with eggs.

7Start layering in oblong pan.

8Use 1/2 meat mixture first.

9Add layer of noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture and grated cheese.

10Repeat for second layer.

11Bake 30 minutes at 350° until cheese is bubbly and browning.
