- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. whole basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. can tomatoes (20 oz.)
- 1 whole bay leaf
- 1 pkg. lasagne noodles
- 3 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 beaten eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown meats and drain fat.

2Add garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes and bay leaf; simmer for 30 minutes.

3Boil lasagne noodles until they are barely flexible (10 to 15 minutes).

4Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, eggs and salt and pepper to taste in a large mixing bowl.

5Slice or grate the Mozzarella cheese.
