- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 9 lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 5 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese or grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In skillet, brown beef, onion, garlic and oregano.

2Add tomato sauce and water.

3Cook over low heat 30 minutes.

4Arrange alternate layers of cooked noodles, grated cheeses and meat sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Top with Mozzarella slices.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

7Let set 15 minutes before cutting.

8Serve with garlic bread and salad.
