- 3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, well beaten
Directions

2Drop by small spoonfuls onto hot oiled griddle.

3For thinner pancakes, increase amount of water.
