Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sausage and 1/2 lb. ground meat or 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can Ragu spaghetti sauce (Extra Thick and Zesty)
  • 10 oz. lasagne noodles (6 to 8 noodles)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 container cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin
  • 1 lb. Provoli cheese, sliced thin

Directions

    Brown meat; spoon off excess fat.

    Add Ragu sauce and beaten eggs.

    Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Cook noodles in large amount of boiling salted water until tender; drain and rinse.

    Layer half the noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Spread half cream cheese, half Mozzarella and half Provoli. Top with half of meat sauce.

    Repeat process.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

    (Can be assembled early and refrigerated.
