Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sausage and 1/2 lb. ground meat or 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 can Ragu spaghetti sauce (Extra Thick and Zesty)
- 10 oz. lasagne noodles (6 to 8 noodles)
- 2 eggs
- 1 container cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin
- 1 lb. Provoli cheese, sliced thin
Directions

1Brown meat; spoon off excess fat.

2Add Ragu sauce and beaten eggs.

3Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Cook noodles in large amount of boiling salted water until tender; drain and rinse.

5Layer half the noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

6Spread half cream cheese, half Mozzarella and half Provoli. Top with half of meat sauce.

7Repeat process.

8Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

9(Can be assembled early and refrigerated.

10Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.)

11Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
