- 2 onions
- 1 (12 oz.) can paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 cans tomatoes
- garlic powder
- parsley
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- Italian seasoning
- lasagne noodles
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Chop onions; add to meat.

3Add tomato sauce and paste.

4Chop the tomatoes and add them and juice to meat.

5Add remaining seasonings.

6Add seasonings to suit your taste.

7Simmer for 30 minutes.

8Cook lasagne noodles as directed. Put small amount of meat sauce on bottom of large baking dish. Layer noodles, meat, cottage cheese, Parmesan, Mozzarella, noodles, meat, etc.

9End with Parmesan cheese.

10Make 3 layers.
