- 2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 9 uncooked lasagne noodles
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

3Spread 1/3 of spaghetti sauce over bottom of a baking dish.

4Cover with 3 uncooked noodles.

5Top with half Ricotta cheese mixture and then sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.

6Repeat steps until all noodles are used.

7Cover with foil and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until noodles are tender.
