- 8 pieces curly edge lasagne, uncooked
- 1 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 14 oz. tomato sauce (your favorite)
Directions

1Cook pasta just enough so it is soft enough to roll.

2Don't overcook.

3Drain and lay flat on foil to cool.

4Combine Ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in bowl.

5Spread cheese filling on each noodle.

6Top with a little sauce, then roll them up.

7Place in baking dish seam side down.

8Top with more sauce.

9Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

10Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.

11Continue to bake until cheese melts.
