  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3 3/4 c. confectioners sugar

    Melt and spread 1/2 cup margarine in the bottom of a 9 X 13-inch pan.
