  • 450ml whole yogurt
  • 450ml milk (or water)
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 1 pinch of cardamome
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • ice
  • if you want to make fruit Lassi, add 2 1/2 cups of the peeled, chopped fruit as mango or pineapple)
  • You can also add 1 pinch of ginger on the blender, and garnish the Lassi glasses with chopped nuts or almonds.
