- 450ml milk (or water)
- 1 squeezed lemon
- 1 pinch of cardamome
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
- ice
- if you want to make fruit Lassi, add 2 1/2 cups of the peeled, chopped fruit as mango or pineapple)
- You can also add 1 pinch of ginger on the blender, and garnish the Lassi glasses with chopped nuts or almonds.
Directions
