  • 1 head cauliflower (flowerets only)
  • 1 large sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    In a large bowl place ingredients in layers as given.

    Cover bowl air tight and put in refrigerator overnight or for several hours.

    Toss just before serving.
