  • 1 (31 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies, drained
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar taco sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3 c. shredded lettuce
  • 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • black olives
  • nacho chips

Directions

    Mix refried beans, chilies and taco seasoning.

    Spread on a 12-inch round serving platter.

    Blend avocados, lemon juice and 1/2 taco sauce until smooth.

    Spread on top of bean mixture. Spread sour cream on top of avocado mixture.

    Top with lettuce, cheese, taco sauce and olive slices.

    Serve with nacho chips. Serves 10 to 12.
