Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese, drained
  • 1/8 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. parsley, bell pepper or celery (chopped fine)

Directions

    In small mixer bowl, beat together cream cheese and lemon juice until fluffy.

    Divide into 2 portions.

    To one portion, stir in Parmesan cheese and chili sauce.

    Turn into lightly oiled 2 1/2 or 3 cup mold.

    To remaining cream cheese add cottage cheese, onion salt and garlic powder, beat until nearly smooth.

    Stir in parsley, bell pepper or celery.

    Spoon atop first layer in mold.

    Cover and chill.

    Unmold.
