  • 1-3/4 qt. prepared STOVE TOP Cornbread Flavored Stuffing Mix, divided
  • ground pork
  • ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 each eggs
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups scallions, finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Sauce
  • 2 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
  • 2 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

    Meatloaf: Mix 3 cups stuffing (or 1-1/2 cups stuffing for trial recipe) with remaining ingredients.

    Press 10 oz.

    meat mixture onto bottom of each of 4 (9x5-inch) loaf pans (or onto bottom of each of 2 loaf pans for trial recipe); top each with 1/2 cup of the remaining stuffing.

    Repeat layers.

    Cover ingredients in each pan with 10 oz.

    of the remaining meat mixture.

    Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 40 to 45 min.

    or until done (165 degrees F).

    Cut each loaf into 8 (1-inch thick) slices to serve.

    Sauce: Cook ingredients in saucepan on low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.

    For each serving: Spoon 2 Tbsp.
