  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 medium Cool Whip
  • 1 large or 2 small instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 c. cold milk

    Mix margarine, flour and pecans together.

    Press into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
