  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 1 small pkg. chocolate pudding
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding

Directions

    Cream together flour and oleo; add nuts.

    Press into cake pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Mix together 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and Cool Whip.

    Fold into cream cheese mixture and spread over cooled crust.

    Mix together cold milk and pudding.

    Beat until creamy and pour over first layer. Spread rest of Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
