Layered Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello (save 1/2)
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
  • 1 c. boiling water or 3/4 c. water and 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. Port wine
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • grapes

Directions

    Mix 1/2 jello, pineapple, water and Port wine.

    Chill until firm.

    Mix walnuts, celery, cream cheese and sour cream.

    Spread on jello that is already firm.

    Add remaining jello on top of last layer.

    Chill and garnish with grapes.
