Layered Nacho Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton avocado dip
  • 1 c. light sour cream
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1 large tomato, finely chopped
  • 6 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    Use 10-inch pie pan or 7 x 12-inch oblong dish.

    Combine beans, seasoning mix and chili peppers.

    Spread evenly in bottom of dish. Next, spread avocado dip over first layer.

    Add chopped onion to sour cream, then spread over second layer.

    Sprinkle shredded cheese over all, then olives and tomatoes.

    Chill.

    Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
