  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 14 teaspoon cilantro
  • 14 cup onion, minced
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced thin

    Mix layer 1 and spread evenly on a 14-16 inch platter with slight sides.

    Beat the layer 5 ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth and spread over cheese.
