- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 to 2 fresh tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 recipe Pesto (recipe to follow)
Directions

1On a large round platter, mold cream cheese into a seven-inch circle.

2Top with a layer of pesto about the same thickness as the cream cheese.

3(You will not use all of the pesto which can be frozen for later use.)

4Sprinkle tomato pieces over pesto until well covered.

5Chill.

6Serve with assorted crackers or bagel chips.
