Layered Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 container cool whip
  • 2 small pkg. of instant pudding (we like french vanilla, but you can use any flavor)
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, butter and nuts and pat into bottom of 9x13 inch pan.

    Microwave on high for 3 minutes and cool.

    Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup cool whip and spread into pan.

    Beat pudding and milk and pour over mixture in pan.

    Spread remaining cool whip over top and refrigerate.
