Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip or Weight Watchers fat-free mayonnaise dressing
  • 1/4 c. green onion slices
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
  • 4 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 1/2 c. shell macaroni
  • 2 c. cucumber, quartered
  • 2 c. chopped tomato
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Combine Miracle Whip, green onion and mustard.

    Set aside.

    In 3-quart serving bowl, layer lettuce, macaroni, cucumber, tomato, chicken and peas.

    Spread salad dressing over, sealing to edge of bowl.

    Sprinkle with cheese; cover.

    Chill several hours or overnight.

    Sprinkle with bacon and toss.
