Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip or Weight Watchers fat-free mayonnaise dressing
- 1/4 c. green onion slices
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 to 4 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
- 4 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 1/2 c. shell macaroni
- 2 c. cucumber, quartered
- 2 c. chopped tomato
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine Miracle Whip, green onion and mustard.

2Set aside.

3In 3-quart serving bowl, layer lettuce, macaroni, cucumber, tomato, chicken and peas.

4Spread salad dressing over, sealing to edge of bowl.

5Sprinkle with cheese; cover.

6Chill several hours or overnight.

7Sprinkle with bacon and toss.
