- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
- 1 pkg. buttermilk dry salad dressing mix (any flavor)
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- green onion, enough to layer
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the lettuce, eggs, bacon, onion and peas.

2Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and salad dressing mix and seal the salad with it.

3Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
