Layered Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
  • 1 pkg. buttermilk dry salad dressing mix (any flavor)
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • green onion, enough to layer
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the lettuce, eggs, bacon, onion and peas.

    Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and salad dressing mix and seal the salad with it.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
