Ingredients
- 1 small head lettuce, torn into pieces
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions

1In a wide mouthed clear salad bowl, spread lettuce leaves evenly.

2Layer with celery, onions, cooked peas and water chestnuts.

3Spread mayonnaise evenly over top of salad.

4Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon.

5Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

6Serves 6 to 8.
