- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1 lb. pkg. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
- 10 green onions with stems
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (uncooked)
- 4 oz. low-fat cheese, grated
Directions

1In a large bowl, place lettuce, chopped onions, mushrooms and peas one layer at a time.

2Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and cheese together and spread this mixture over top of the salad.

3Chill (preferably) for 24 hours.

4Toss well before serving.

5Serves eight; 165 calories, eight grams of fat each.
