- 1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 head lettuce, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- bacon bits
Directions

1Layer chopped lettuce, onions and bell peppers.

2Into mayonnaise, stir the 3 tablespoons sugar.

3Spread over lettuce, onions and peppers.

4Spread cheese and bacon bits over top of mayonnaise.

5Chill and serve.

6Other veggies such as green peas, broccoli or cauliflower may be layered in.
