- salt
- chili powder
- sliced onions, potatoes and carrots
- 1 can whole tomatoes (in juice)
Directions

1Brown the ground beef.

2Drain and rinse meat. Salt and sprinkle on chili powder.

3In Dutch oven, layer meat, sliced onions, potatoes and carrots.

4Finish with onions.

5Pour the tomatoes over layers. Bake, uncovered, until potatoes and carrots test tender. Great with cornbread!
