Corn-Tomato Scallop

- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (15 oz.) can corn
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Cream a medium size onion in butter until soft, but not brown. Add corn to onion.

2In casserole dish, put 1/2 can of tomatoes. Then add corn and onion mixture.

3Finish with other 1/2 of tomatoes.

4Top with buttered bread crumbs.

5Bake in a medium hot oven about 35 minutes.

6Serve while hot.
