- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 lb. cabbage, sliced
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Saute meat in skillet until browned.

2Drain.

3Add rice and onion mix to meat, stirring well.

4Slice cabbage into large baking dish or casserole.

5Spread beef mixture over cabbage.

6Mix tomato soup and water.

7Pour over meat.

8Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
