- 1 fryer, cut in pieces
- 2 c. water
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1In greased (spray generously with Pam) baking dish, evenly spread uncooked rice. Place chicken on rice, skin side up. Mix dry onion soup, water and soup. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
