  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 head cabbage

Directions

    Brown hamburger, rice and onion soup mix and add tomato soup. Mix and pour over cabbage.

    Cut into small strips.

    Bake in a 3-quart dish.

    Bake at 400° for 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
