  • 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce chilled sparkling wine
  • 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish

    Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well.

    Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
