- 6 carrots (1 to 2 lb.), chunks
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
Directions

1Cut meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
