Ingredients
- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 150 grams butter
- 30 grams sugar
- 3 grams yeast
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Mix together flour and butter until they combine.

2Add sugar, egg yolk and mixture of yeast and milk.

3Mix into smoothly dough.

4Roll out the dough and cut up into squares.

5Add optional filling.

6Roll the squares in croissants.

7Put the croissants on baking paper on baking tray and let them rise for 30min.

8Coat them with mixed egg and bake them on 180C for 20 min or until they become golden brown.
