- 7 Egg yokes
- 1 Whole egg
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 1 can Evaporated milk
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions

1In a sauce pan cobine water and sugar in a medium heat.

2When it starts to boil stir occasionally until sugar turns to caramel.

3Transfer the caramel into flans while its hot it turns into rock hard when it cools.

4Note: never taste the caramel it so hot and that it can burn you.

5Whisk eggs, condensed milk and evaporated milk until it is well incorporated.

6Do not over whisk.

7Lastly add the vanilla.

8Run the mixture into a sieve while transferring into flan/ pans.

9Steam for about 30 mins or so depending on its thickness.

10You know when its done when its more gelatinous state when you slightly shake it.
