- 8 egg yolks
- 2 c. fresh milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lemon rind, grated
Directions

1Scald the milk. Beat egg yolks with sugar, milk and lemon rind. Pour into mold lined with caramelized sugar. Place mold in pan half-filled with water and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is firm. Then place in the broiler section of the oven to brown top, about 5 to 6 minutes. Unmold from container to a serving dish. Serves 6 to 8.
