- 8 medium leeks
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook leeks; place in baking dish.

2In 1-quart saucepan over low heat, melt butter, stir in flour, mustard and salt until smooth. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring until thickened.

3Stir in cheese until melted; pour mixture over leeks.

4Sprinkle with crumbs.

5Broil to brown crumbs.
