- 8 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 8 heaping Tbsp. butter
- 4 c. flour (scant)
Directions

1Peel potatoes, cook and mash with butter, salt and cream.

2Let cool.

3Mix in flour.

4On lightly floured board, roll out rounds, about 8 to 12-inch diameter, paper thin.

5Bake on ungreased griddle on moderate heat until lightly brown.

6Turn once.

7Takes only about 1 minute per side.

8To eat, spread with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

9Roll up and enjoy.
