- 4 to 5 ears cooked corn-on-the-cob
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cut corn from cob and scrape cob; set aside.

2Melt butter in large skillet.

3Add chopped onion and cover. Stir once or twice until onion is translucent.

4Add corn and milk if corn is dry. Cover and heat through.

5Season to taste.

6Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
