  • 6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • several potatoes, sliced in fourths or so
  • leftover ham, cubed

    In a large casserole dish, layer potatoes with some overlapping.

    Next, sprinkle on ham, green pepper, onion and cheese.

    Mix sour cream and soup together and spread over top.
