  • 3 c. diced, cooked turkey
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 c. sliced, canned mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • chow mein noodles

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise. Toss with turkey mixture. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Top with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
