- 1 3/8 ounces Flora Light 11/2oz, spread
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped, optional
- 2 pounds courgettes
- 1 lemon juice grated zest & juice
- 3 tablespoons pinenuts
- 3/4 pound whole wheat pasta
- 6 3/8 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 11/2oz, grated black pepper
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Heat the Flora Buttery and add the garlic, chilli and courgettes. Cook gently for 12-15 minutes.

2Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to packet instructions.

3Drain the pasta and mix with the courgettes, the cheese and black pepper.

4Serve immediately with a crispy salad.
