  • 1 3/8 ounces Flora Light 11/2oz, spread
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped, optional
  • 2 pounds courgettes
  • 1 lemon juice grated zest & juice
  • 3 tablespoons pinenuts
  • 3/4 pound whole wheat pasta
  • 6 3/8 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 11/2oz, grated black pepper
  • freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    Heat the Flora Buttery and add the garlic, chilli and courgettes. Cook gently for 12-15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to packet instructions.

    Drain the pasta and mix with the courgettes, the cheese and black pepper.

    Serve immediately with a crispy salad.
