- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. apricot nectar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Beat eggs; add cake mix, oil, nectar and extract.

2Pour in stem cake pan; bake 55 minutes at 325°.

3Cool 10 minutes; turn out and stick cake with ice pick a number of times to allow icing to penetrate cake.
