- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix first three ingredients as for pie crust.

2Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and pat into pan.

3Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

4Mix together next three ingredients.

5Add eggs.

6Blend in the lemon juice.

7As soon as crust comes out of oven, top with lemon mixture. Return to oven for 25 minutes.

8Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

9Cut into squares.
