- 1 c. butter, softened
- 2 c. flour plus 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt (scant)
Directions

1Mix butter, 2 cups flour and powdered sugar.

2Pat into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes. Beat eggs, sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, lemon juice and salt together; pour over hot crust. Bake 25 minutes (do not overbake; it should just be firm). When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
